The short periodic seismic station LUKC is designed for observation of regional seismicity and local seismicity in the area of geomorphological units Hornomoravský úval, Zábřežská vrchovina and Drahanská vrchovina. The station is part of the MONET seismological observation network (FDSN code M1). The measuring point is equipped with short-period instrumentation (passive sensor Sercel L4D with natural frequency 1Hz). The station was built in 2015. Previously the temporary LUKA station was located near the village Luká and was in operation from 2010 to 2015.
