This is an openly shared set of regional scale gravity maps covering the broader contact areas of the Bohemian Massif, the Eastern Alps, the Vienna Basin and the Western Carpathians. It is offered to the public as an alternative to raw gravity data, the direct sharing of which is regulated by licensing terms, similar to more detailed data from the region.

Complete Bouguer gravity anomaly map, Horizontal gravity gradient map and 3 types of Residual gravity anomaly map, created from irregularly distributed point measurements interpolated on a 1 × 1 km grid, are available.. For each map, several raster versions are available, including maps with basic topographic information and georeferenced raster images (Gauss-Krüger (S-42) coordinate system) without topography, from which background layers can be created in users' own maps. Zip files with map sets and basic metadata can be downloaded right below.
