Seismic stations of IPE

IPE currently operates 5 broadband seismic stations and 3 local networks of short period seismic stations (ETE, EDU and MONET) in the southern and eastern part of Czechia. Two of our stations (KRDU and PODE) are equipped with accelerometers.
Stations with broadband sensors are part of the Czech Regional Seismic Network (code CZ) and provide records for the Czech and Austrian seismological services. The VRAC station has been part of the CTBTO global monitoring system since 1996, the MORC station has been part of the GEOFON project since 1994.
